Answers to the questions we get most often.

Q. How does a rental work? A. Pick your dates on any listing, pay via card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal (currency auto-detected), receive the piece via hub, label shipping or local courier.

Q. What if I damage an item? A. Message your host immediately. The bond + our damage protection policy covers most standard cleaning and repair cases. Major damage goes to our dispute center.

Q. Can I resell pieces I've bought? A. Yes — buyers of resale items own the piece. Or re-list it to rent through us again.

Q. Which currencies and countries? A. USD, EUR, GBP, NGN (Nigeria), JPY, AUD, INR, AED, CAD, ZAR at launch. More coming each quarter.

Q. Is RentWears only for men? A. No — RentWears is for every wardrobe: men's, women's, kidswear, traditional and special-occasion pieces. We launched with menswear first and are expanding category-by-category.
