Lenders must submit supporting evidence within 14 days (photos, repair quote, proof of purchase).
RentWears (operated by Justwears Collections Inc., Canada) resolves disputes within 30 days. Our decision is final and binding on the platform.
The refundable bond secures items; late-return fees accrue daily with a cap defined in each listing.
